Had annual service and technician forgot to add enough oil so the light was on when I returned home. After it’s fixed, the engine lights on and had to go back the third time. Turned out something needed t oil so the light was on when I returned home. After it’s fixed, the engine lights on and had to go back the third time. Turned out something needed to be replaced while it wasn’t identified during the service in the same week. We totally went to your shop 4 times in 4 different days for the service and the mistakes made. Very poor service. More

Was not pleased with service Did not like my service manager The car came back with some of the issues that were supposed to fixed The car was there for 3 days and it cost 2400 I had to drive back manager The car came back with some of the issues that were supposed to fixed The car was there for 3 days and it cost 2400 I had to drive back to RALLYE TO TELL THEM TIRE LIGHT WAS STILL ON .. Steve told me it was because of the cold .. btw .. it was not cold he said drive it and it will go off It did not and and the time on the clock was not set correctly despite 2 new batteries I had to leave the car again and get a loaner Not a good experience My service advisor has always been John C and I insisting that he take over the car now I don’t know why I was given Steve .. I always request John or Ramero I have been coming to RALLYE for 30 years and have my husband and I have leased many many cars with you I also had a 150 dollar coupon that had expired 5 days before and Steve said he could not honor it on a 2400 bill That’s not good service for a long time customer ! More
