Rob has been that way since our first interaction seven years ago, and even before that with our son, Adam, when he owned an E63. The tech is amazing (analysis, reporting, invoicing, etc.), and the communication always clear and timely. Rob's guidance and recommendations are always, clearly, in my best interests. The whole process of getting your car serviced -- which always has the potential to be a horror show -- is actually a pleasure. (Same goes for Rallye BMW, by the way...)
