Love my Volvo dealership! When a surprise issue cropped up with my XC60 after work, I called the Service Dept. and spoke with Richard. He was very understanding to my plight but indicated that they had no appointments available the next day. However, he checked with “the powers above” and he was able to get me in the next day! I was thankful and very appreciative. The next day, Richard contacted me several times to keep me updated on my car’s problem and progress. Before the day was over, my car was repaired, and I was back on the road. Thank you, Premier Volvo and Richard in the Service Dept! As always, top notch service and a car wash, too! More
