Took my 2005 Volvo in for service and left with a new XC60 I brought my 2005 XC70 in for service because no shop in Lawrence would touch it. Zach in the Service Dept hooked me up with a brand new V70XC loaner I brought my 2005 XC70 in for service because no shop in Lawrence would touch it. Zach in the Service Dept hooked me up with a brand new V70XC loaner for a week, free of charge. Chris figured out what the problem was and because it was minor my only charge was the $149 diagnostic charge. After driving that car I realized how much better today's Volvos are. I like my XC70 and I'm keeping it, but I had to have one of the new Volvos with the T6 engine. It beats the V6 in the Jaguar I traded in, hands down. Dennis helped me figure out the right car and the right deal, and Jimmy made it happen, Omar did a great job helping me through the finance end and got me a great interest rate through Volvo. Courtney helped me figure out how to connect with all the amazing new tech like using Volvo On Call to remote start through my smartphone, among other things. Everyone I met treated me like a friend or neighbor and there was absolutely no typical auto dealer BS. More

He was very understanding to my plight but indicated that they had no appointments available the next day. However, he checked with “the powers above” and he was able to get me in the next day! I was thankful and very appreciative. The next day, Richard contacted me several times to keep me updated on my car’s problem and progress.
