Quality of the car was way over anyone else and still with a great price. Jeffrey took great care of us walking us through every option and even wiping down the car for us so that we could have a great experience. There were a few minor details that we wanted revisited by service and Skylar was quick to get us scheduled and back out on the road with a courtesy car. We would recommend OP Volvo to everyone More

TOP NOTCH SERVICE !! In my 45 years of driving & going to different dealerships, there are good ones, bad ones, lousy ones & ones that are rip-offs that don't last very lo In my 45 years of driving & going to different dealerships, there are good ones, bad ones, lousy ones & ones that are rip-offs that don't last very long. Well, this dealership I have to say is TOP NOTCH when it comes to the Service Department. I went to this dealership to have a 2002 Volvo checked out before I bought it. We never owned a Volvo so I know very little about them. The car also needed an oil change & the Right Front Headlight needed the bulb replaced. I talked to Dan, one of the service writers & set an appointment up with him on 7-14-15. who gets things done quickly & professionally. When I got there he was busy so Mark came up & helped. These service writers work as a team & get ALL info from you so the job will be taken care of the first time. If not, ask for Steve, the Service Department Manager. He has a good crew of mechanics who work on Mazdas & Volvos so anyone needing service --- I highly suggest this dealership for service. Just come in & watch, you'll see why. The mechanic who worked on the car, Gary, REALLY knows his mechanics on Volvo. The mechanic working next to him, John, is also very sharp. Between these 2 men alone, there is OVER 40 years experience! So, if you have issues with a Volvo, ask for either one of these men & you can rest knowing it's being done right the first time. I wasn't sure about Parts, so I went to the Parts Department & there were 2 men on computers, John & Mark. These guys know parts. I asked about the timing belt & oil seals & I got all the info needed so I knew what I was getting into with oil leaking on the belt. If you own or lease a Mazda or Volvo when it comes to service, this dealership is hard to beat with all the professional crews. From the time you drive into the service area & get greeted by Dan, Mark, or one of the service writers. To getting parts for your car, you know Mark or John will get you the right parts for you car. To the mechanics, you get the job done right the first time. When you leave you will be treated right, your car will be fixed. If not, they stand behind their work 100% More

excellent service Dropping off my old car for routine maintenance turned out to be a car shopping event. I was not ready nor prepared for picking up a new car.
