No effort or respect at this dealership My wife and I were car shopping and went to look at an XC90. Ron was our sales person and he was great while we were at the dealership. There were a couple other vehicles we wanted to look at, so we left the dealer, but we had visited this Volvo twice and were very interested in the car, but they made no efforts to call us back or try to sell us the vehicle at all. I ended up having to reach out to the sales manager Ivan because we did not hear from anyone. If we are buying a car we should not have to follow up with the dealership that we have been to twice and have told them we are very interested. I emailed the manager Ivan and got a quick push aside email and then I followed up with 2 more emails and never hear back from him. Very unprofessional and makes us never want to buy a car from this dealership at all. If they would have at least contacted us we may of purchased the xc90. We instead went with an Acura MDX and the people over at the Acura dealer were fantastic, letting us take multiple test drives and look at different styles and models to make sure we were happy and comfortable. So thank you Acura. But I do not recommend this Volvo dealership at all. Horrible customer service and they seem to not want to sell any cars. The only positive thing I can say is Ron the sales person was helpful while we were at the dealer looking at the car, but the manager Ivan and Ron never followed up or seemed to care about trying to get our business. Very frustrating. More

Great Experience Stopped at the dealer while passing through town as they were the only one in the region with the car and options that we wanted. Best Car Buying Experience EVER I was in the market for a new vehicle and had heard great things about Volvo from friends and family. Jeffery was amazing to work with and made the wh I was in the market for a new vehicle and had heard great things about Volvo from friends and family. Jeffery was amazing to work with and made the whole experience stress free and easy. His knowledge about all of the vehicles was incredible and he had an answer for every one of my questions. He asked detailed questions about what I needed and what my likes/dislikes were with my current car, and helped me select a few vehicles that he thought would meet my needs to test drive. I've never purchased a car from someone that knew so much about the product like Jeffery did. I also never felt like I was being "pushed" into buying something that I didn't want or need (which is often the case at most dealerships) this made the whole purchasing experience that much better. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better sales professional and I love my v60! Jeffery even followed up with a phone call the following week to check in that all was going great. I have recommended Volvo of OP to my friends and family, and would suggest that anyone who is in need of a new Volvo to ask for Jeffery! More

Jeffrey and Ivan were terrific and very understanding of our concerns. They addressed everything and made us feel like we were dealing with good friends. What was unusual was that everyone seemed like they were one big family - working together to help each other get the best for the customer. More
