Terrible experience with service department on a Volvo XC90. They quoted me $3200 for a 100k mile service and fixing an exhaust leak from a broken bolt. They started the repair and within hours stated the XC90. They quoted me $3200 for a 100k mile service and fixing an exhaust leak from a broken bolt. They started the repair and within hours stated the repair couldn’t be completed without an additional $3500 of work. They said at least 10% of the time this repair requires this additional work but didn’t mention this at all when I agreed to the initial $3200 for repair. They then charged me $1900 just for taking the car apart and putting it back together without fixing it. Which was required just to pick the car up before holiday. I had a similar experience of outrageous pricing of $2000 for a “loose pollution control box” earlier in the year as well. I was then quoted a rudely low amount on trade for the car that included more than their full repair cost. Would not recommending servicing your Volvo at this dealership. More

Xander Johnson and Jack Bresser were excellent to work with on the purchase of a used vehicle from Premier Volvo/Overland Park. It had been awhile since I had purchased a vehicle, and I had actually been with on the purchase of a used vehicle from Premier Volvo/Overland Park. It had been awhile since I had purchased a vehicle, and I had actually been delaying the process because I was not looking forward to dealing with sales reps. I was much surprised by the professionalism, fairness, and ease of working with Xander and Jack during the purchase process. After the purchase, Xander went above and beyond to help me learn about my new vehicle, a lot of new tech that I was not familiar with. Jack also went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having with the auto windows, -the day after- the purchase was finalized.
