My husband and I had done a lot of research and have never been proud owners of a Volvo...u To our new family at Premier Volvo Cars of Overland Park. My husband and I had done a lot of research and have never been proud owners of a Volvo...until now. We have traditionally had a Lexus or Toyota in our garage for the last decade, and we are thrilled to be coming over to this brand...and they had a perfectly equipped Volvo S60, T6-Inscription. A big part of this decision was because of the entire team and PVCOP, but we'd like to make a special callout to the GM, James (Jimmy) Loveland, who frankly, reminded us more of a dealership's owner vs. a key employee of the facility. We had a couple minor + gremlin issues (...which was actually due to the other dealership the car came from), but Jimmy treated them as if they were (always) his own and paved the way to an exceptional and smooth 5-Star experience. We were equally impressed with the delivery and ALL the touch points to ensure that all the tech and communication was also setup and taught to us perfectly. No question, Volvo will be a marquee brand to contend with in the years ahead with electrification and within this highly competitive premium car segment, but if this is how all (Volvo) dealerships are set up, we genuinely look forward to the changing our brand loyalties too. The communication was nothing short of exceptional (whether we were on text, phone or email), and hope they are able to win over your business...just as they have done for us. We come off our other lease this upcoming Fall, and look forward to getting our S60 a playmate. Truly exceptional service and experience and our appreciation for our first experience with your team. I love the car, but because of a “first model redesign” glitches, have had to experience the service department more often than in the past.
