Honest service! I found this dealership so honest and genuine. We were in the market for a car because our daughter was in an accident with a car that was totaled. NO stress Frank is not your typical "used car dealer" He is a good and honest person. He does not add any stress to trying to find a used vehicle. He went to Pioneer from a recommendation from a friend, and my husband liked Frank enough to look around. My husband sent me some photos of what they had in stock and within a week of starting to look I was in my newer vehicle. (Exactly what I wanted!) The staff was great and worked with us. Frank and the entire staff at Pioneer make this a great experience. Easy smooth and NO stress. They do it all for you. Including the registry. You should shop Pioneer First and Last. Awesome dealership! 100% reccomended My boyfriend and I went to Pioneer to look at an 07 Jeep Wrangler X. I had no intentions of buying a car that day, just wanted to look at a few option My boyfriend and I went to Pioneer to look at an 07 Jeep Wrangler X. I had no intentions of buying a car that day, just wanted to look at a few options. I found it online with a low price compared to other dealerships and the condition looked mint. Most Wranglers at that age are high on gas mileage and the bottoms are starting to rust out. We pulled up and saw it sitting out front. It was flawless, hardly any rust underneath and the places to be aware of, low mileage, and great tires. The condition that I was expecting or afraid to find out was the complete opposite. Eric came outside and knew I wanted the car before I even got the chance to say I wanted to drive it. He was very personable and we went over some Jeep details as he gave me the keys- it drove beautifully. The inside of the car looked just as good as the outside, so clean it did NOT look or feel like an 07. Since I wasn't planning on buying a car that day or even within the next few weeks, I wasn't all that prepared to deal with any money related things. A few of the other gentleman helped me out with this. I'm a 24 year old with big college loans and bills, and financing my first car was a big thing so I was a little nervous about payments. Mike gave me some estimates that I thought were reasonable and said they were sending out my credit report to get the numbers . Once everything was done, Jason told me great rates that I was approved for. I wound up with a monthly payment that was under what we were expecting. Jason and I signed all the paperwork and he was very thourogh on what I was signing which was awesome. I came back today to trade my old Subaru and bring home my Jeep. They did everything there- insurance and registration, the whole thing. Eric came to meet me on his day off and made sure everything went accordingly as it did. I have been pretty upset with the past dealerships I have bought from. This place was above and beyond, they really seem to care about their customers. I wouldn't recommend any other dealership to get your next car from other than Pioneer Motor Group. Thanks for my dream car, cheers! More
