This was an unexpected pleasurable experience from beginning to end. Sales person, Eric Zewiey, never pressured us and was very personable. No pressure at all. We ended up purchasing a vehicle for ourselves that was reasonably priced and was in mint condition. We had our mechanic check it out and he gave it a complete thumbs up. The manager Jason Ayik went out of his way in every possible way to meet all of our needs. He was more than reasonable on the trade in amount on our old car and really worked with us to get us the only deal we could afford with the perfect vehicle for us. He made many concessions that no other dealership would. There were no surprise costs and he worked diligently to get us the loan with the rate we needed. Eric did everything we asked to prepare the car and instruct us on technology we had never used. They were the best we have ever worked with on a deal and continue to be so as Jason is working on one of our special requests. Eric is available for any questions and I know they will back up their product in every way. They have an unbelievable inventory with great prices and you will not be sorry if you walk in there for a vehicle. We will continue to buy from them since they were so great to work with on a great deal. I would give them 10 stars if it went higher than five stars. More

We were really excited to find a car that fit all the criteria we were looking for in buying a new to us car. We initially talked with John and later met with Eric when we went in to look and test drive the car. They were both excellent and we never felt any pressure to buy or make a decision. In between the time that we went in and the time we picked up the car, they were in contact with us giving us updates and never hesitated to take a call from me with a question. When we went to pick up it was 1 stop shopping and I could drive away without having to run around to a million places to get everything settled. Eric and John were great and I would not hesitate to buy another car from them or from Pioneer in the future. We know a couple people currently looking for cars and we've already let them know that they should check this place out. We really can't say enough about our outstanding experience here. Thank you!! They were very professional in working with us to find the right car within our budget - Eric was terrific and helped us in every step of the process. They may be selling pre-owned cars - but these are not "Used - Car" salesman. Additionally, they do all of the work to get your car registered and got our car inspected as well! We have stopped buying news cars about 7 years ago and the Pioneer Motor Group is the best we have ever worked with - we will be buying our next car at Pioneer Motor Group and look forward to working with Eric and the team there.
