Very Happy I have purchased many automobiles in my time and I can honestly say this was a very pleasant experience. I was never pushed, intimated or I have purchased many automobiles in my time and I can honestly say this was a very pleasant experience. I was never pushed, intimated or rushed. My salesman was Frank Salce; he was very professional and patient and followed up as he told me he would. I purchased a 2012 Jeep patriot, Frank and Mike where very up front with me and they had no problem producing a car-fax when I requested it. The negotiation of the purchase price was very fair and professional; in the end I was very happy with my final deal. To top that off, when prepping the car for delivery they noticed an issue with the car that concerned them. Frank called me and was totally honest with me about what the problem was I was thankful for the honesty and picked up the car a day later. I waited a couple weeks to write this as I wanted the honeymoon period to subside. However I still am very, very happy I would recommend Pioneer to anyone. Thanks for the great experience. More
