Frank Salce: Superstar On a cold and rainy Friday evening in early May, with the clock approaching 8:00 at night, the last thing we expected to find at a dealership was a de On a cold and rainy Friday evening in early May, with the clock approaching 8:00 at night, the last thing we expected to find at a dealership was a dealer. My wife and I stopped by Pioneer on a whim to "take a peak" at the 2 Toyota Solaras that we saw on the dealership's website. Our instinct, and we're confident I'm not alone, is to do our initial scouting when the dealers aren't around to pressure you and sweet talk you to a point of discomfort. If we like the car, we'll return prepared to do battle with the dealer. Well on this dreary night, we did our scouting and loaded up the kids for the ride home. As we began backing down the driveway a car pulled up beside us and motioned us to roll down the window. Not knowing it was a member of the dealer team, we obliged, figuring we would be exchanging niceties about the hours of operation. The man's name was Frank, who was coming back from filling up at the gas station, and offered for us to drive the car. With a quick nod in the affirmative, we were back out in the rain and ready for battle... we were completely unprepared for the warmth and no-pressure interaction we were about to have. Frank gave us some information about the car we were interested, and answered questions when prompted. He was completely uninterested in guiding us toward a car that we had no interest in seeing. We drove the car around a bit and returned to find Frank waiting patiently, hours after he was scheduled to go home. Even then, he took us in and patiently walked us through the procedure to get the ball moving on a purchase that we had already agreed to make. He was very relaxed and straight forward, and after the MOST pleasant visit with a car dealer that we had ever had, we left Pioneer without the slimy/sleezy feeling you get from other dealerships. We returned the next morning to finalize paperwork with Jason, who we found almost as laid back and comforting as Frank. He was professional, knowlegable, and straightforward throughout. We were in and out quickly. It was a Saturday, so we were unable to finalize the paperwork with the registry, which meant waiting until Monday to drive away. Frank graciously offered to put dealer plates on for the day and to stay late AGAIN so that we could drive the car for the day. Later that evening when we dropped it back off, we were leaving the dealership as a couple stopped in to scout out a Jeep that they were interested in. All I could think as I drove away was, they have no idea how wonderfully they about to be treated. It is with great pleasure that I would recommend Frank Salce to you, along with the rest of the team at Pioneer Motor Group. They made car buying the experience that every person wishes they could have. More

Frank S. is genuinely the nice person he seems to be. Jason made me feel that if there were any issues with my car he would stand behind his product and ensure it was taken care of and he has. In our discussion he (Jason) seemed genuinely concerned for the reputation of his company and for the happiness of each customer, which of course, go hand in hand. When we got to the dealership we we're met by Frank Salce. He's was down to earth and a real straight shooter. We took the test drive and I noticed that the tires, save one, were quite worn. This was really the only problem I had. Other than that the truck was in great shape and clean. Long story short we purchased the truck an got new tries to boot!! I also want to say that John McCarthy (my initial contact) and Jason Ayik the own were also extremely accommodating. If you need an automobile check these folks out. I think you'll be very pleased.
