Russ Williams, our sales person, was not pushy but was available for any questions we had. He attended to us quickly and was such a pleasant personality to deal with. Transactions should add value to both parties and I felt we had a very positive, very fair transaction for both parties. Rob Stevenson, the general manager, was just as pleasant to work with. My husband said this whole experience was about the most no-nonsense, straight forward car deal he has ever had. We both felt we got a very fair trade-in price for our car. The finance manager ( I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was in on his day off and stayed late with us to wrap up the paper work. He was very cheerful the entire time. My wife and I arrived at Pete Franklin's with an unsure outlook of what we were looking for. We knew we needed to get a larger SUV to fit our family, but didn't want a car payment due to recently p unsure outlook of what we were looking for. We knew we needed to get a larger SUV to fit our family, but didn't want a car payment due to recently paying off two other car notes. We were greeted right away with a courteous smile and Hello. We were asked how we were doing and what we were interested in. The usual dealership go around you feel nagged and overwhelm and sometimes salesmen are downright pushy. I didn't feel that there at all. With the unsure attitude, and the recent finding that our credit wasn't what it should be, the salesman, David, and Pete Franklin, took the time to explain things and give a reassurance that the move we wanted to make could be a good decision. The process was painless and they were extremely polite and helpful. Although reluctant to have another payment, we sealed the deal on a newer fill size Tahoe that we absolutely love and for the right price. They gave us over asking price for trade in which was totally unexpected. The overall experience was great and would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great place to buy great cars. One last thing is we were offered an extended warranty for the duration of the loan for a great price as well. I left there feeling we had made the right choice for a dealer and vehicle. From the initial phone call, Ryan Blevins made me believe that he could work something out for me, and he did. With the help of his outstanding team, they made me feel comfortable, secure and extremely blessed by the time I could see my beautiful baby (silver Equinox 2012) from inside the dealership. And I must say that working something out for me was not easy, but when one thing didn't work, they had an alternate plan ready to go. I don't think they could do half of what they do if they didn't like each other. Ryan Blevins even offered to drive my rental back to Enterprise for me. EXCELLENT SERVICE. I contacted this dealership trying to get a older model used car due to my current car breaking down. Well they not only got me into a car but it was a newer year then I was even originally looking at. I d used car due to my current car breaking down. Well they not only got me into a car but it was a newer year then I was even originally looking at. I did not by any means have the best credit but they were able to get me approved and with payments that I was comfortable making. Once the loan was approved Ryan even took time to travel outside of KC and personally pick me up so I could get in there and get the paperwork signed and get the car. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I would recommend them to ANYONE! More

In just 24 hours he was on the phone with me with a truck he had found and thought it would meet my needs and at a price I could afford. My wife and I drove up to the dealership from Miami County KS and was pleasantly surprised with the truck..... we're planning on twins this year and this F 350, 4 door, 4x4 will meet all of our needs, towing, children, vacationing and traveling. Once I arrived at the dealership, Kip introduced me to Pete Franklin, a super guy ! He was most helpful with all our needs including arranging our financing that gave us a monthly payment of only $132.50 ! Being a serviced connected disabled veteran with limited finances, I am just absolutely pleased with this transaction and thank both Kip and Pete for all they did for us.
