Mislead and Unresponsive Staff My husband and I put a $500 deposit down on a 1969 Chevy Pickup, that we had seen online, on December 29, 2016. My husband was dealing with Kip. Howev My husband and I put a $500 deposit down on a 1969 Chevy Pickup, that we had seen online, on December 29, 2016. My husband was dealing with Kip. However, upon physical inspection of the truck it had several issues. Kip assured us that he would get these issues resolved. My husband went to look at it on January 18th and the problems were still unresolved. My husband told them we were no longer interested and made the initial request for the refund to Kip's brother Kevin. He was suppose to discuss with Kip. I've messaged them on their website two different times. Received a call from Kevin, who was suppose to "check on it" and then never returned my call. Called the dealership and left a message for Kevin and text Kip MULTIPLE times and we've still not had our deposit returned. More
