Let be the first to tell you this is a LIE fulse advertisement and not to mention illegal! I come I and the nice young lady to help me I felt bad for her working for crooks. I had a very nice trade in with me low mileage and no mechanical issues and after Pete the owner of this lot took my car to have it valued he came back to the table with only $4,000 for it! I wanted to laugh seeing this is a high end car and you offered 3,500 what you valued at! After hearing that it was only $4,000 I should have walked away but I didn't, instead I continued to let them run the numbers....when the financing came back they said they needed $3,000 down! Ah WHAT! Wait now you need $3,000 down because you don't want to honor your own sell! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Mind you all the wile my credit was good to go, with no issues on that in. My current car with what they where offering me only left me $2,800 which in my head the $3,500 would eat the negative balance which I learn now is not TRUE. Long story short I will be consultant with lawyer's and calling local new to help helpless people know they are getting scammed! Do not let them run your credit tell you find out what your trade- in is really worth. More

"Buyer beware",not an honest dealership Had several conversations with salesman, faxed copy of may trade in title, and was preapproved for financing prior to making a 3 hour trip there. When we arrived the car was still on the showroom floor not ready for us to drive. After a very brief hurry up walk around the car we was off for a drive, the salesman even forgot to put a dealer plate on the car. Sat down to do some paper work , the salesman said we qualify for special promotion minimum 3500 trade allowance and 2000 cash back, which we had spoken about on the phone. They were asking 14,900 for their vehicle (which they had raised from 11,900 prior to the promotion) ,they came back with a difference figure of 11,900, it should have been 9,400. When ask about the error in the math, they said that I could only use one not both of the discounts "LIE" . So we walked away, spent 6 hours driving and wasted a day. If they called me today I would not take their car as a gift.. Shady place, buyer beware! More

The biggest joke in Kansas City If I could give this place a zero I would. Worst experience of my life. I will never go to a Pete Franklin owned car lot ever again, and if I see anyt If I could give this place a zero I would. Worst experience of my life. I will never go to a Pete Franklin owned car lot ever again, and if I see anything affiliated with Pete Franklin, I will stay as far away as possible . They do not take there customers seriously and they beat around the bush. Was so happy when I left the day I bought my vehicle. I had a problem after the first week of driving this vehicle off the lot and after they made it sound like I would be taken care of, still do not have a resolution or piece of mind. Given the run around on continuous issues and was made to feel like my concerns were in my head. Took to someone else and they confirmed my issues were real. Beware and have the vehicle checked by someone else from top to bottom, this is the first time I did not do that and got screwed. Now I am stuck with a piece of crap that I hate and will be looking to trade it in. Avoid the $3000 service contract if you can because you will not have that piece of mind. I hope that someone from the dealership reads this and responds rudely like some of the other unhappy responses I have seen out there about this place, you are no different they any other second tier dealer out there trying to make a quick buck and put faulty lemon cars on the lot.
