Best Car Buying Experience Ever My husband (who was in the car business for many years as a salesman and manager) and I have purchased multiple new and used vehicles in the past and My husband (who was in the car business for many years as a salesman and manager) and I have purchased multiple new and used vehicles in the past and as most of us know car buying is a tedious process. With 3 kids we needed something bigger than the 2 cars we were driving. My husband and I looked online and found a Suburban that would be excellent for us at Pete Franklin's. We went to the dealership and met with Bobby B. He was excellent! He didn't try and push us into something we weren't interested in and worked to make sure we got exactly what it was we were hoping to. All the staff at the dealership was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I was dreading the finance/paperwork process because that is always the worst but the process was quick and painless and we walked out with the Suburban that afternoon. Deal with Don Farrel, if you want to be treated right I had a rough experience, because they let me leave with the car, before the loan was approved. The Finance mgr, Micah, was COMPLETELY unprofessiona, kept telling us about his personal issues, with his girlfriend & even called us "xxxxers"!! I was appalled at his lack of professionalism. Ryan, our salesman, was more professional, but lead us to believe the deal was done and that ALL taxes & fees were financed, into our loan. So, of course, registering our car wa it's OWN experience , when they asked for $500! Don Farrel took good care of us, cleaned up everyone else's mess, & even waived $200, to help cover the cost of registration. We DID leave with a car, thanks to Don! More

Great Service I was very pleased with the the staff at Pete Franklins. Bobby Boyd was awesome and very heplful and I liked that he is a Veteran since I am also.
