I called the dealership the morning my husband and I decided to come to Jackson. The representative asked when we expected to arrive so someone would be available for us. Greg Scales was there and said that he could help us. We were glad to meet Greg. He was most helpful in showing us our options, taking the car for a test drive, and pointing out features on the car, and beginning the process of trading our former car for the new one. My husband and I were quite satisfied with our experience with Greg Scales and Paul Moak Volvo and could not be happier with our Volvo. The only negative aspect was the time it took to complete the sale considering we were not financing. We walked into the dealership at 2:00 and left at 6:30. More
