This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Paul Moak - one Honda and now my second Subaru Forester. Although I check out other lines and dealers every time I am looking for a car, Paul Moak's salespeop - one Honda and now my second Subaru Forester. Although I check out other lines and dealers every time I am looking for a car, Paul Moak's salespeople are the best to deal with. I have known Jerry Warfield since he sold the Honda to me, a long time ago. He is the General Sales Manager at Subaru, and he's not only a nice guy, he is a good manager. Chip was my salesperson and he is typical - he listened to what I said I needed and directed me to the car that filled the bill. Here, no one talks down to the "little woman," or tries to sell me more car than I need - a problem I have had at other dealerships - dealers I have never bought cars from! More
Both Jerry and Lynn stayed late for both me and my wife as we came in to the dealership. They both took the time needed to help us through our first car buying experience. The quality of customer service at your dealership is an embarrassment. The level of customer respect is infinitely lower than the quality of vehicle Subaru makes and they should be ashamed to have you as o embarrassment. I requested an online quote from Subaru on 9/5/2012. I received an email from Kelsey with a link to vehicles I didn’t request, or broken links to vehicles that did not work. I then repeatedly asked for a quote on a specific forester I built online and finally received an email from Dewayne (9/12) with a quote. While waiting for Dewayne’s first email, I received multiple spam emails (on 9/7, 9/10, & 9/11) speaking of how “breathtaking” and “stunning” a car is that I’ve already test driven and asking me to come in and see it when I said I was from out of town. I then asked Dewayne to break down the quote for me (9/12) based on the price of the car, taxes, and the individual fees of your dealership. I have yet to receive an email reply. Instead, I have received more spam (9/14, 9/17). I will now be purchasing my Subaru from elsewhere and warning any friends or family about your pathetic idea of good customer service. I have done everything I can to make sure I been removed from your email list. More

I hadn't bought a car in 15 years when I came to Paul Moak. Lynn was very patient with the numerous questions I had, and I am enjoying my Subaru more than I imagined. I had a very friendly, no-pressure sales experience. He then gave me the numbers for the final purchase price that I was being offered before I made the trip back to the dealership. I am from Mobile AL and I was looking for a 2012 subaru limited outback in green because it was not available at Koby subaru in Mobile. I spoke with Jamie Moak who was very nice and helpful and she confirmed it was there and expressed that they may be able to offer a better deal if I was willing to travel 3 and 1/2 hours to pick it up. The salesman from Koby subaru expressed that they had a good relationship with Jerry Warfield and he would have no problem shipping the car to Koby. But, since Jamie had made me a good offer, I was contemplating buying from Moak. That was until I recieved a call from Jerry. He was rude, arrogant, and imposing. He tried to make it seem like if I wanted the car I had no choice but to drive to Jackson. After he had tried to strongarm me into buying the car from him,I was totally uncomfortable doing business with him. Furthermore, since I didnt want to buy the car from Jerry he prevented the car from being shipped to Mobile so that if I wanted the car I had to purchase it from Paul Moak. I dont recall being so angry at a complete stranger,I have no idea hot this guy has been successful selling cars, because he is a liar and a jerk. More
Chip was very helpful. He had me fill out a credit application on line that saved A LOT of time. He handled the deal with Great Customer Service. Jerry & Chip make a Good Team.
