My husband and I just recently purchased a Subaru Outback, which we love! It is a 2009 CPO car, and it is in excellent, like-new shape. They were very patient with us while we were making our decision; they even let us have the car for the afternoon to help in making our decision easier. (I think they knew the car would sell itself.) After purchasing the car, we noticed the floor mats were missing - the car had been previously owned by a rental company. Ms. Hancock, the sales represtative, ordered us replacement mats free-of-charge. We could not have asked for a better car-buying experience. I purchased a used vehicle from Paul Moak automotive and after making my purchase discovered it did not have a few of the accessories that were listed on the sticker and internet ad. The executive management team at Paul Moak went above the call of duty to be sure I was satisfied and had the accessories added at no cost to me.
