I don't have a problem with the work that was performed, but when I'm getting services done and/or offered that are costly, I will ask a few detailed questions on why or how something is done. The questions were not very complicated for someone familiar with the service detail options that could be available (but may not be used in your business), but his response seemed rather passive aggressive and condescending. He also made it clear that he didn't want to look for any promotional discount for me, but would apply any that I could find on my own. To that end, I advised via text that I have one for a free battery check with an oil service. I requested that the tech advise of the numbers he gets from the test.When I came to pick it up, there was nothing in the report about looking at the battery. I mentioned it to the cashier and she went to ask about it while I waited. She came back and said that the manager said that 'they looked at it, and it was good.' Needless to say, I don't believe that he had a tech test the battery. More
