The staff is kind and the process seems streamlined and efficient for services. Parts take a little too long to come in and I believe you don't get a call right when it arrives, but all in all, it gets don efficient for services. We had the engine replaced in our 2017 Tucson. When finished, we took it to CarMax to sell it. When we were given a much lower quote than expected and asked why, we were told there was lots of oil When finished, we took it to CarMax to sell it. When we were given a much lower quote than expected and asked why, we were told there was lots of oil sludge in the engine. I asked if I could see it and they showed me. How can a new engine have sludge in it? More
