Kyle handled an awkward situation very professionally. I was quite upset when told I would have to pay $56. for the engine filter. When I bought my car from you ( instead of the Ocala dealer), I was tol I was quite upset when told I would have to pay $56. for the engine filter. When I bought my car from you ( instead of the Ocala dealer), I was told by the salesman and sales manager that if I bought ALL of the extended warranties, the only thing I would ever have to pay (for 100,000 miles) would be gas and tires. Obviously this was not the truth. It was a shame that Kyle was caught in the middle of this dishonest mess More
