We stopped at five other dealerships prior to Otto Cadillac and it was the first we felt welcomed and no pressure. Everyone from the receptionist, sales & IT were wonderful. Declan was knowledgeable Cadillac and it was the first we felt welcomed and no pressure. Everyone from the receptionist, sales & IT were wonderful. Declan was knowledgeable of the vehicles, answered all our questions and was a pleasure to work with. Rob was knowledgeable of all the technical aspects of the car and was more than happy to spend as much time as we needed going over all the features and answering all our questions.
