Amy was extremely. unwelcoming. pompous and arrogant. She actually caused.more stress to me and my family. We were from out of town from Kansas on our way to NYC for Yankees game that night with grandchildren. We simply needed a new headlight for our Cadillac XT5, as a cop had stopped us previous night on way back to hotel. Her whole attitude and air about her from the moment I explained that we had a headlight out was that she was going to make our situation difficult. She did not even come back to me for over 40 minutes after I sat down in waiting room (which only had a few people in it) to let me know price and that they had the part. It was another 45 minutes for her to let me know I was done. But, she did not even come over to me. She stood from a distance and had to shout my name for me to go to her. When I entered her office where she was already sitting, she made it a point to announce that she got me out of there in an hour and a half. Of course, that time did not include the time it took for me to explain to her my sitation and have her tell me that she did not think they could get me in that day. Then I had to practically beg her so I did not disappoint grandkids who were still back at hotel. However, all other individuals I encountered, however, seemed very nice as I saw how they treated other customers so much nicer than she treated me. We have tons of relatives in Albany area as we are from there originally. I let many of them know how we were treated by Amy and recommended they perhaps should not buy a vehicle from Otto. More
