This is the worst experience I have ever had in a Honda dealership. DON'T TAKE THE RISK! That dealership in N Richland Hills is the worst Honda dealership you can go, they will deceive you and steal yo dealership. DON'T TAKE THE RISK! That dealership in N Richland Hills is the worst Honda dealership you can go, they will deceive you and steal your money. They told me that my car battery needs to be replaced. My car battery was working just fine before but I trusted them and requested replacement. I asked for the total price before they do anything and I was told it would be $116. I was okay with the price but after they replaced the battery the total was $232. Which's exactly double what I was told. I refused to pay that much and requested to put my old battery back in the car to replace it somewhere else. They put another worst old battery in my vehicle and my car didn't turn on. They said your car battery is very bad. I called for a manager and talked to Richard and he was absolutely rude more than anyone else. He said all I can do for you just turn it on with a jumper and you leave. When I told him I need my battery to be as it was before, he said it's either to take your car and leave or we will call the police for you for criminal trespass. I brought in my Honda CR-V for diagnostics to find out why the car kept stalling out. I scheduled an appointment and even made specific recommendations of what to check including the coils and fuel pump. why the car kept stalling out. I scheduled an appointment and even made specific recommendations of what to check including the coils and fuel pump. It took over a day to get a diagnosis, despite the appointment (who knew an appointment is merely a spot in a long queue that can last multiple days before being seen?). That diagnosis was initially for fuel injectors. A quick check of the vehicle record showed I just had those replaced a few months ago so suddenly the diagnosis became a $1,900 repair / replacement of the high pressure fuel pump. After paying the $200 for the diagnosis I towed the vehicle back home. A mechanic friend who owns testing equipment the dealer should have access to and I drove the truck and found, on load while driving, not while idling - just as I initially explained to the dealer - there were misfires on 3 cylinders. Funny enough it was the 3 cylinders that had after market coils but none on the cylinder with the single OEM coil. We replaced the three coils in 10 minutes. That's $300 in parts and I've had no issues with the vehicle in the last 3 days since putting them in and have driven a couple hundred miles including testing for failure multiple times going from zero to 70mph with the accelerator pedal to the floor. Clearly the coils were the issue. Also clearly the vehicle wasn't fully tested for the root cause of the problem since the problem I suggested from the start was the issue. This basically tells me the dealer is throwing expensive parts at a problem rather than getting to root cause. Adding insult to injury, after we got the truck home from the dealer we noticed the middle seat was lifted up and held in place with a bungee cable. The dealer didn't even return the middle seat to normal and bolt it down after testing the fuel pump. I'm highly unsatisfied. I honestly believe a refund of my diagnostic fee should be in order! More

No one seems to be on the same page , communication is only good unless you’re there buying a car. They don’t even care to pay out referrals for sending family and friends to buy cars. And if they offer y only good unless you’re there buying a car. They don’t even care to pay out referrals for sending family and friends to buy cars. And if they offer you a service perks make sure they put it in writing. They will “forget” More
