This not only reflects poorly on her but also on Honda as a whole. Throughout the process, she was rude, unprofessional, and tried to overcharge me while misquoting prices. It was clear she was more interested in scamming me than providing honest service. I felt completely disrespected. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
