The overall service was great. Now will have to make another trip to get it replaced when it's available. All other preventative maintenance items were taken care of and had fuel injectors replaced under a special bulletin, thankfully. More

Huggins Honda was the first dealer I ever trusted with my car. I don't feel the same way that it has been sold. I feel like the service department is trying to find things to charge me and on my last visit car. I don't feel the same way that it has been sold. When I overhear a service tech talking with someone at the counter being told to try and sell some lady that her car needed something fixed, it was discouraging. The tech said she did not want that service and the guy at the desk told him he needed to convince her to have it done. I never had anything like this happen with Huggins. My check engine light came on letting me know there was a problem with the emission system, I was told it is a cooling problem even though the temperature gauge never got hot. I work on racecars and all the things he was telling me sounded like a lot of bull. Plus, we were the first car in at 7am and after about 3 hours we had to find someone to find out about the car. We were always kept informed with Huggins. I don't plan to bring it back . More
