The advisors are great, but the technicians are pretty bad. They always tend to break something that was perfectly fine when you brought it in, but now they want to charge hundreds to fix. For instance, they broke the latch on our glove compartment and then asked us to pay $250 to fix it. Broke all the bolts off of our filter cover, shorted out our blower motor, etc. Would only trust them with basic oil change, if that. I will not be returning here for service. More

This service center has always been supreme, except my last visit, not so much. Something was terribly off. Estimated an hour to hour and a half to check a tire. Three hours later, I got out of there only last visit, not so much. Something was terribly off. Estimated an hour to hour and a half to check a tire. Three hours later, I got out of there only after getting up and asking questions. In that 3 hour window my service advisor touched base with me once. When I went looking for him another advisor became rude and was no help. It did not feel like the dealership I had been to numerous times before. It’s ironic I get this survey today, usually my phone and email are blowing up for reactions after a visit, this last time….nothing, until today, I find that odd. More
