Service center is a bit unorganized. Service rep was knowledgeable and helpful but the few times I have been there nobody seems to acknowledge anybody walking into the area. My service advisor was Dennis Williams. Dennis was very polite, helpful, and listened carefully to the list of issues that I was having with my car. He interfaced well with the mechanic and Dennis was very polite, helpful, and listened carefully to the list of issues that I was having with my car. He interfaced well with the mechanic and with me to determine the needed repairs. He made arrangements to shuttle me back and forth from my home while the mechanic completed the needed repairs. My car was returned to like-new mechanical condition and has been a joy to drive. Please express my sincere appreciation to Dennis and mechanic who took service to a superior level. I hope this is their normal modus operandi. More

From the beginning Angel came across as rude. Not friendly. Not happy. I made an appointment and told Angel I was STAYING at the dealership. He quoted me 1 and a half hours - 2 hours. When Not friendly. Not happy. I made an appointment and told Angel I was STAYING at the dealership. He quoted me 1 and a half hours - 2 hours. When he came to talk about repairs, he did not have an itemized bill after I asked for one multiple times! He kept saying “the plugs are ABOUT…” “the labor is ABOUT 170” I told him I wanted a definite number and he proceeded to say “what’s your budget? We can make it work” No! I want a simple accurate break down. I’m not haggling for a repair at the dealership. Around 3 hours!!!! Angel was hard to find, so I asked another service guy (who was very nice) to check the status of my car. They brought it out 20 mins after that. People after me had came and left! After I spent almost 400$ at this dealership Angel did NOT say thank you or have a nice day. He handed me the receipt and didn’t say one word. 3 hours is crazy to wait in the store when not even told that. I felt like I was forgotten about. Horrible experience. I will use another Honda dealership from now on. More
