I pulled in and was the only car in the bay so I pulled all the way up. The person at the desk was on his phone and never looked up. Another person saw me finished his smoke and walked inside. A third person walked away from the kiosk vaping and never acknowledged me. I waited a few minutes and finally rolled my window down and asked the person playing on their phone if I was just supposed to wait in my car. He looked at me and said has anyone helped you yet. I replied no. He put his phone up and asked why I was there. I told him I had an appointment for an oil change and he went to get a service advisor. The service advisor said it would be about an hour and I told him I would wait inside. After about an hour I received a text with several thousand dollars worth of things that apparently need to be done. No one ever bothered to come talk to me in person. It said a battery would be 60ish dollars so I asked them to do that. I then got a text that that was the wrong price and it would be several hundred dollars. Again... no human bothered to come talk to me. I wasn't sure what to do at this point so I texted just do the oil. After visiting with my husband I tried to text to do the oil and battery and was then notified my car was ready. Still no human contact. I went and asked my less than helpful Honda guy to please also do the battery. He seemed annoyed. A solid 2 hours after I arrived my only pleasant interaction was with the young man who checked me out. Not my service advisor. Overall the worst experience at Honda. More
