Happy with vehicle. Happy with Jerry the salesman and the person in finance. I am disappointed in one aspect. I know it’s a preowned vehicle. I know it’s as is. After getting the car home I discovered one is inoperable. Changed the battery and there is a red light that stays on for 5 seconds but the fob won’t work. Online research says it’s a common failure for these and I need a new fob. I’m ok with that. Found a new fob at a good price. Before going to a locksmith I thought I would ask if. One Reeves Honda would at least cut and program a new fob that provide at my own expense. They stated they would try and change the battery and if that didn’t work they would try and program it for $60-$80. I’m honestly surprised but I guess that is their choice. It’s also my choice to take the car elsewhere for service and maintenance in the future as well as to take any future car purchases elsewhere. More

Terrible new car buying experience, I would not recommend this dealer. After a price was agreed upon, they inserted a LoJack line item and acted as if it couldn't be removed/disabled (even though could be, this dealer. When you question something and the cost is immediately cut in half, it's likely a scam. They lost the second key, and expected me to drive over an hour back to the dealership a week later to have a new one made. The finance person made accusations that the agreed upon price was inappropriate. The price was correct. The accusation was not appreciated. More
