Average experience. Took a long time to get pricing on the vehicle, then a while to get into financing to sign the papers, and confusion on warranty. Noticed Daytime running light on passenger side didn’t work when I arrived home despite having supposedly all safety checks completed. Interested to see if the dealer will honor the warranty. More

The service center had employees standing around conversing. I was ignored. I approached an employee he directed me on my service manager. Eric Martinez. Eric was very helpful. The dealership had an overwhelming amount of fragrance in the building. When I said something an employee agreed that some days the fragrance was stronger. I had come to the dealership to get two keys made for my car. Yet I was given a summary on what services that my car needed. One item was I had a leak. 2 weeks ago my mechanic had repaired my air conditioner which had been leaking air coolant. More
