Spent close to 6 hours at the dealership, knew within the first 45 minutes what car I wanted, the rest of the time took with financing, they ran the numbers on the wrong car, got to the finance office finall first 45 minutes what car I wanted, the rest of the time took with financing, they ran the numbers on the wrong car, got to the finance office finally and the finance guy was condescending. The manager came in and was super nice and my salesman was awesome. Just left a bad taste. To preface I’ve bought all my cars through this dealership from two from Huggins whom they bought and now two through norm reeves. The last one I bought was in 2022 and since then the quality of service has declined. Overall I ended up buying the car, just unfortunate it was such a hassle. More

The failures were around every corner, not just from the ground level, but from the top as well. Communication was the worst part of the experience. We were assured we would be updated. We were not. We were told we would be updated before the close of business. We were not. We were told we would be contacted within 30 minutes. We were not. We were told we would be contacted within the hour. We were not. The list of issues could go on and on. Again, the failures were not limited to one level but rather the organization as a whole. So much time and energy has been wasted dealing with this issue, there is no need to waste more. The only solution is to find a dealer that will get the job done as they say they are going to. More
