Some can be afraid to take their cars to the dealership for repairs because sometimes they are a bit more expensive than say, Firestone or Midas, etc. But at least I know that the staff at Norm Reeves will for repairs because sometimes they are a bit more expensive than say, Firestone or Midas, etc. But at least I know that the staff at Norm Reeves will be straight with me and I know that they will fix it right the first time. This was my first visit to Norm Reeves Honda to have my car serviced. I experienced a warm friendly reception, had a question and answer moment, was guided to a very nice waiting area with nice amenities, car serviced. I experienced a warm friendly reception, had a question and answer moment, was guided to a very nice waiting area with nice amenities, and had all the details of my pending and future services explained. Afterwards, I was escorted to my fresh washed and vacuumed cleaned car and was told to have a wonderful day. I was truly impressed with the staff from start to finished. I've already told some of my family about how I liked the atmosphere there at Norm Reeves. I will definitely visit them again for future services. Kudos to them. More
