I informed them of the problem weeks in advance and they didnt order part, after inspection of the car they told me they didnt have the part even though it showed in stock on their system and had to return didnt order part, after inspection of the car they told me they didnt have the part even though it showed in stock on their system and had to return back to the dealership twice due to that error. When i got the car home i looked at the engine skid plate and noticed the aft screw missing. More
