The agency is very good, the service is NOT . .. they did not want to fix my tire with a screw inside, at the top, and they wanted to sell me a new tire for $325, I did not accept and fix my tire .. they did not want to fix my tire with a screw inside, at the top, and they wanted to sell me a new tire for $325, I did not accept and fix my tire for $25 dollars in a tire shop ..and my car had an oil change message, and 2 months ago I had done the service...? The technician did not delete the message. More
I took my 2017 Ford Escape in for service early June 2022 cause I knew I would be transplanting from Calif to South Carolina. Dealt with Ivan Cruz and initially he was great until out of the blue I had a Ma cause I knew I would be transplanting from Calif to South Carolina. Dealt with Ivan Cruz and initially he was great until out of the blue I had a Major Oil leak and needed a repair. Took 2 weeks no communication and I had to keep going to the dealer to find out what was going on with my car. Got the car back 1 day before I was leaving after I went over his head. Gave a BAD service review and was called by Marcella or Marisol from Marketing and was asked to change my review and she would email me a $100 gift card to Sams or Costco since my experience was so bad and she knew I wouldn’t be coming back as I was moving. Well, guess who like a Dummy changed the review and got nothing. Little did she know she caught me while driving and I installed a dash cam and have the conversation on video. I’ll be forwarding to Ford. Sad that I changed my review in June and never heard back except 2 weeks ago when someone called to try to get me to trade in my car, you can figure out how that conversation went! SMH BTW Francisco in Service was great, but I wouldn’t do it again if I had to go back to Calif!!! More
