I purchased my car from Norm Reeves Ford Cerritos and have always brought it in for servicing at this location. I’ve always been happy with the service I’ve received. This time was especially significant, as I’m getting ready for a road trip, Richard Juarez was my service writer. Richard went over and beyond to accomplish the areas of concern and some other areas not known at the time of writing up my service report. Since time was of the essence, Richard made sure all service issues were completed so I could feel safe on my road trip. Thank you, Richard, for a job well done.
