Great experience until after you sign that dotted line. Once the paper work was done an a detailed cleaning was due, I was put on the back burner. During which new scratches and dents appeared an I was told the dents were on the vehicle prior to the signing and the scratches would be taken care of at a later time. All accured Less than 24 hours and 26 miles on the vehicle.. I can say the sales Rep and manager done a fantastic job selling me the Ram. More
Did EVERYTHING they could to get me the car I wanted! I was looking for a specific Chrysler Pacifica. After looking at the numbers, my wife and I decided to talk it over as it was a little more than my bu I was looking for a specific Chrysler Pacifica. After looking at the numbers, my wife and I decided to talk it over as it was a little more than my budget allowed. I called back the next day and made a more reasonable counter offer that was much more than my original budget, but definitley a fair deal after doing more research. Ultimately, Betty Hurd did everything she could and we reached a deal. Also, Mike Foye (Sales Manager) was excellent and extemely outgoing. I have to tell you that the Chrysler Pacifica is a terrific van and we are so happy we did not go with our 2nd choice. The car is totally worth it and we are so happy with everyone at National Dodge. Thanks! More

Tires weren’t even balanced properly and still needed an alighnment, my husband looked after and noticed it still had a leak that was supposed to get fixed. They don’t actually care about the vehicles or customers safety, it seems like they are more concerned about pushing the vehicle out and going home. More

Overall buying experience was very good. I bought the first vehicle that I was looking at in the lot. Sales person and staff were all courteous. They don't know what they are doing. Purchased a 2018 Wrangler Jeep JL Aug.8. Paid to have a tow hitch and wiring installed and to have my vechicle undercoated (I live on a beach and did not want rust). I was told it would be ready Friday the 10th. Called to check on the progress on the 10th come to find out it was not touched, the car was parked in the back and forgot about. Robbie Yates called and apologized promising it will be done on Sat. the 11th. Went to pick it up and it was rust proofed with spray cans for $250. Mr. Yates again apologized and promised to make it right and he did. After 2 delays, we finally took delivery on Aug.17. I was told when I purchased the car that I had 1 year of sirious xm free. I was given the brochure with my paperwork and owners manual. When I asked how to switch it to sirious xm, I was told I did not have it and if I wanted it I would have to purchase it. Not good salesmen. More

Don Atkinson helped us with our Jeep, since we bought it from an irresponsible dealer (which I regret) they helped me fixed the service lights from the Jeep and collected the payment from the irresponsible dealer at fayetteville kia. I will be servicing my Jeep at this location, since they work with you and call back for any issues. More
Overall a very good experience. Bruce and all the other staff in the showroom were great. Treated us with kindness and worked hard to fulfill our need.
