I had made contact beforehand and identified a truck. When I arrived they had the truck parked at the front of the dealership, no walking around required. I was met at the door by Jeff Harper and I was treated with respect and courtesy. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from National Dodge and this is by far the best experience of the the 3 purchases. As a side note, I bought a top of the line vehicle with all of the bells and whistles, when I compared the sale proce with other dealerships, National Dodge was $3000 to $5000 cheaper. I AM NOT A DODGE EMPLOYEE, THIS ISAN HONEST REVIEW!!!! More

Luckily National Subaru have a nice new My favorite car - a Orange Subaru Crosstek- was damaged in Hurricane Florence and I was in need of a new one. Luckily National Subaru have a nice new Orange one and as soon as I test drove it, I was hooked. My salesman, Chris Roush was just wonderful. Really explained all the new features on the 2019 model and I was feeling better about losing my old car and getting to own the latest model. This dealership goes way beyond customer service and everyone is very professional. Thanks to the entire team who turned a "tragic situation" into a new zest for life. More

This town is bad enough taking advantage of military families thinking we’re stupid. I’m in shock to see a dealership do the same to me, but you don’t take advantage of me and get away with it. I brought my Jeep in the last week of September 2018 for the delayed start, check engine light and for my Jeep studdering while at a stop. Not only did they not fix the issue, but I brought it back first week of October for them to fix the issue AGAIN. At this point I’ve spent over $500. As time goes on I realized it still wasn’t fixed and I was still having issues. I brought it in mid October to get It checked out again and explained my issue. I was told there was a whole new issue and had to spend more money. I’m way passed pissed at this rate. They said they fixed the issue. After Halloween the light went on again and was flashing/beeping, my Jeep was shaking and smelling making it scary to drive. I brought it back still pissed issues were happening. The dealership is way past just takin advantage of me at this point. I drop it off on Halloween thankfully right away. They call me Thursday saying they have to order a certain part and to fix it it’ll be over $600!!! And on top of that they say it’ll be ready the next day, Friday afternoon. I call Friday morning to get an update, they said they’ll call me back. They never do. I let it slide thinking it was just taking a long time. I call Saturday morning, the front desk says they’ll call me back and what happens? They NEVER do. I call Saturday around 2 pm and they said the service center closed at 1. Funny because I thought they would call back. So here I am Saturday afternoon without my Jeep after being told it was going to be ready on Friday, I was told people were going to call me back and they never do. I eventually get on the phone with the manager and he says they’ll give me a discount but that I have to call back Monday morning to see what’s going on. Monday morning comes, they open and don’t even contact me, I call them to find out my Jeep will be “ready in 2 hours”. That’s odd all the sudden it’s ready!! Even though these people have cost me all month long and almost $1,000, I quickly rush over to the dealership because of the shuttle service. Once I get there, I am given my Jeep keys, not explained anything, and told to go find my Jeep around the corner. After walking around the lot, I’m in tears because I can’t find it and I’m blown away by how rude these people are. The manager finds me and says he will go pull my Jeep up for me. As I’m waiting there, he pulls my Jeep back into the shop and says they’re gonna keep it longer to work on more stuff. Again they don’t explain anything even when I ask I get half xxx answers, so unprofessional. I come all the way there because they said it’s ready and it’s not even ready. They finally put me in a rental thankfully but keep my Jeep longer. I leave and 5 days later am called back that my Jeep is ready. Not even 10 hours with my Jeep and my check engine light goes off and starts beating and my car is shaking, smelling, delayed start etc. they’re causing issues at this point. I bring it in right away the next morning and here I am again waiting for a rental. As I’m sitting in the waiting room I see a young girl sitting across from me talking to her friend saying this is the 3rd time she’s brought her Jeep in for the same issue. Goes to show people around here are taking advantage of young females. If this continues I’m taking legal action as this is so unprofessional and so hurtful and I won’t let people get away with this kind of xxxx. How dare they take advantage of young military families. I am blown away at the amount of money and time I’ve spent here. They better read this and watch out if this continues More

2nd bad experience with national dodge service center I lease a truck from National Dodge in a Jacksonville NC, I've had my truck for a year and a half. My truck wasn't starting, (even with a jump) and wo I lease a truck from National Dodge in a Jacksonville NC, I've had my truck for a year and a half. My truck wasn't starting, (even with a jump) and wouldn't recognize my key. Therefore I called the dealership and they sent a tow truck to get the vehicle. Perfect! They also assured me that my truck would take 3 hours to fix and that they would send someone to pick me up and take me back to the dealership to get my truck when it was finished. I left it at the dealership at 1pm, at this time, satisfied. This is when the problems began. 6:30pm rolls around and I decide to call the dealership to see what the hold up is, the person who answered was having trouble finding out anything about my truck or what was going on. When he did figure it out he said that the person who was handling it left for the day and that it had been ready for some time now. I asked if they would be sending someone to pick me up, where he told me that they did not have the staffing at the time to do so & I needed to be there by 8pm in order to get my truck. So now without a ride, due to it being Halloween and my family and friends with their small children. I am without a truck, and without a ride to work in the morning. I will be calling back in the morning. Thanks National Dodge. More
