Worst decision ever This place is a joke, full of stories and lies. I wanted to trade my vehicle in.. they claimed they offer more then what it’s worth. That was a lie. T This place is a joke, full of stories and lies. I wanted to trade my vehicle in.. they claimed they offer more then what it’s worth. That was a lie. The first day I was there until 8pm talking to two different guys. They said my paper work looked great and then to come back in the morning to finish signing papers. I drove the new vehicle off the lot put gas in, (which they don’t refund), and went home. Something told me it was a lie. The next day I get a text saying I couldn’t get it because the paper didn’t go through. So here I had to take the car back.. National, your welcome for the free gas. This place is unprofessional, unorganized, I sat and waited for God knows how long. The person who “helped” me the following day said I couldn’t get a used car it HAD to be new. I didn’t want new. From there he focused on something else. Oh, and they couldn’t find my keys. (That’s not the first time they’ve lost my keys either) Of all the bad stories I heard about this place and how terrible it is... I tried to give the place a fair chance. Never again, save yourself the trip. They just want the money. More

I picked up car and when I moved it out of parking spot it was doing same th8ng as before no difference. coast me total 1700 dollars. should I have took it back why so they can guess on what it might be and run up my bill some more. I was warned not to go there for shop work. guess learned a lesson. More

Tech says “They can kiss my a**” We brought in our van to get the door fixed because the auto sliding door was stuck. It just stopped working. We had a warranty and needed it fixed. Upon asking the rep assisting us if there was any way we could see about how much longer it would take, since we could’ve shuttled home and waited there if it was going to be much longer. The tech was so unprofessional yelling “Sh!+ this is gonna take another 3 or 4 hours... they can kiss my a**” Also when the rep approached him he wasn’t working on the van he was chit chatting with one of his co workers. Needless to say it was infuriated when he didn’t think I was in ear shot. If this wasn’t the only dealership in area I’d go to a different one. Didn’t expect to be talked about that way. Our rep was fantastic. More

We came to National Dodge because a vehicle of ours was a total loss by the Hurricane. We were promised certain things that were never delivered. Basically the sales man just lied to our faces just to get the sale done. we kept asking about the deal and he kept saying it’s done don’t worry about it. After signing the paperwork and going home. I still didn’t fell right about it. So we called the salesman , first he said it will take 30 days to payoff, then he just stop taking our calls. Thanks for screwing over a military member ! More
