Total crooks, sold me a vehicle with multiple issues. When we bought our vehicle we asked for a warranty that covered anything and everything, my husband and I noticed issues three days after buying it.. We contacted them, took about 3 months for them to finally look at the vehicle, only to find out that the warranty doesn't cover most of the issues and that we have to come up with $2,000 to get everything fixed. We let them fix what was covered, gave us a loaner vehicle and when we get our vehicle back (over a month later) they apparently didn't even fix one of the issues they said they were going to cover!!! Windshield wiper fluid dispenser hasn't worked at all since we bought the vehicle, so when I had to make a drive to Raleigh last week it was tons of fun having to pull over at gas stations multiple times to clean bird crap off of my windshield. A big reason we picked that one out was cause it fit our family and it had DVD players (To entertain our 5 children), DVD players don't work and getting them fixed isn't covered (shocker), They told my husband "Just buy a portable DVD player or some tablets for your kids". They were all super nice and helpful when trying to get you to buy from them but once you buy they are trash. More
2nd opinion per corporate Wasted time, three months wasted money, $1,000 and frustration. I drove the car in and I towed it out with additional problems that I didn't have i. e Wasted time, three months wasted money, $1,000 and frustration. I drove the car in and I towed it out with additional problems that I didn't have i. e. overheating, busted hoses, dead battery and on board engine computer that doesn't work after they "reset" it the first time in the shop. I took it back because it wasn't running right. Although no lights were on. While there I asked to have my state inspection done, then they tell me I couldn't pass inspection because I had too many codes and that apparently my vehicle had overheated. I had no lights on the dash and my temperature gauge never moved and I never seen no leaking. I originally took it in because corporate suggested I get a second opinion. I was paired with Darrell Graham and from the beginning he kept tell me don't worry I don't need a new engine. After I took it back the second time he assured me I do not need a new engine. From the beginning I had asked him to check the compression in cylinder 5 because that is what I had was told. He said it's not necessary because the computer will tell us if anything is amiss. They cleaned the injectors and cleaned the fuel filter did not replace and my first bill was close to $600. The second time I had taken it back they literally had it for one month before I got my final diagnose that I needed a new engine and that answer cost me close to another $400. And, so much for warranty after the first repair second diagnosed should have been free like Darryl had said it would be because he quoted it's on us that was our problem I ended up paying again. Darrell seems he's always in a rush I understand busy, maybe sometimes he should take the time to listen to the customer. I literally took a male friend in with me once and he actually talk to me longer than 2 minutes. I felt like he always put me last as a priority. It literally took one month just to get my final Diagnostics. I'm sure you don't mind, although you lost me as a customer. More

Lack customer service and punctuality The service department hardly remembers anything that they have talked to the customer about, even just a day or 2 prior. They don’t put notes in their system about screw up their technicians have done so it could potentially be remedied later. Technicians lose items and takes forever to get them replaced (i.e. wheel lock key). This service department has always had a grade of C on their BEST day. More
