I travel almost an hour in order to use this dealership I make the trek to Nardy for my new car and lease needs for a few reasons. They are one of the few dealerships that don't really play games when buying a car, and are straight-forward. No hidden tricks or gimmicks, and they don't try to pressure you when having to meet with the finance department to go over the contract. I work with Henry Schwartz and he's always willing to "go to bat for you" and help get you the best deal he can and provide great customer service too. Oh, and he's a nice guy on top of that too lol. I have and will continue to recommend Nardy and Henry to others in the future and will continue to go back whenever needed. Very good experience. More

waste of my time I spoke to Henry Schwartz over the phone who confirmed they had the model in stock. After driving 40 min to get there, they were 30 dollars higher tha I spoke to Henry Schwartz over the phone who confirmed they had the model in stock. After driving 40 min to get there, they were 30 dollars higher than my other quote (although didn't disclose). They were not flexible in the price, and then when I told him I was a serious customer, looking to do business and take it home that evening, he informed me that it couldn't happen anyway because his shift was over at 5pm!!!!! One would think that if a customer called and made an appt , with plenty of time to receive the car that evening they would make it happen.. Not Henry, he's fine with making the appointment and not disclosing his shift is over within the hour and will make it a two day process for his convenience. To add insult to injury, the finance manager came out and was rude and dismissive. I went else where, closed the deal and went home with a new car 2.5 hours later, paying way less. There are better dealers with better customer service than Nardy. I would recommend avoiding. More

Nardy=Never a Problem! We took the car in for the air bag recall, plus a NYS inspection. Nardy also checked out a tire that seemed to be losing pressure, The air bag replacement, inspection went very well, and we were so happy that Nardy could find a reason why our tire had to be pumped up every few days! A minor repair did the trick. We had an appointment time which was honored, and the wait wasn't too long. (The coffee and cookies helped! :) ) Frank was very friendly and helpful, and the mechanics doing the work were efficient and capable. More
