Wow they where horrible!! So I go to Nardy Honda to purchase an Accord. I see one on the showroom floor so I check it out. I get in the front, the back, I check out the trunk, So I go to Nardy Honda to purchase an Accord. I see one on the showroom floor so I check it out. I get in the front, the back, I check out the trunk, get back in the drivers seat. The whole time no one comes to help me. Finally a nice older man says Frank my sales rep can help you. So I walk to Frank's desk and he's shaking his head. I ask him if he's busy and he says yeah I kind of am. Mind you it's Tuesday at 9:30am. So I tell him no problem I'll wait. So I wait for about 15 minutes and the nice older man walks up to Frank and tells him to help the customer. I hear Frank say loudly he's busy. I got up and walked out. Seriously Nardy the guy Frank needs to go. Oh yeah I drove straight to Atlantic Honda and bought a new Accord. They were terrific. More

Bad Customer Service I have come to Nardy Honda today at 2:34 pm to lease a new Honda Pilot. I have been a customer of Nardy Honda since 2014, I have bought my wife's Hond I have come to Nardy Honda today at 2:34 pm to lease a new Honda Pilot. I have been a customer of Nardy Honda since 2014, I have bought my wife's Honda Pilot from here. Today I wanted to trade my wife's car in and lease a new one. First of all, unfortunately I don't know the employee who helped, he was chubby and short and he didn't even introduce himself to me. He looked down on me and treated very very disrespectful and arrogant. He gave me a price for Honda Pilot which was way way above the price that I was given from other luxury brands for fully loaded SUVs. He gave me a newly printed out price paper and he pulled it out of my hand and couldn't even give me the a copy of the prices. Unfortunately, Nardy Honda lost a customer today because of the disrespectful customer service. More

All prices were up front, no hidden fees or costs. Insurance and finance department were great, everything explained to us up front, again no BS. Car was ready and waiting for us when we came to pick it up, Henry took car of all paperwork, including contacting our insurance agency to put the car on our policy and making sure we didn't have to go somewhere for a photo inspection that week. He then went over the car with us, showing us all of the tech and bells and whistles. A great experience. Highly recommended! More
