I first went to Babylon Honda to check out a Honda Civic. They couldn't give me the time of day. But that is for another post. Nardy Honda was wonderful to me. He was knowledgeable and did not pressure me. I told him what I wanted and what I needed to pay. He had me test drive the Civic and I liked it but I"m a large guy so it was a bit small. He tried to set me up with the Accord that was larger. He crunched the numbers and it wasn't to be. I tired adjusting the seat to make me more comfortable and it worked. He crunched some more numbers but told me that he could still not meet my determined monthly amount. I sadly walked out. The next day, Rich called and asked if I still wanted the car. Of course I said yes but to my number only. He told me he had another car in mind and I went in to check it out. This new car was the Honda Insight Hybrid. It was ok, but it was within my numbers. I paid the deposit and then waited the weekend to get my results. The following business day I went in and found out that I couldn't get the Insight due to the incentives being offered weren't able to be combined. But they called Corporate and they were able to get me my number with the Civic that I originally wanted. I agreed and drove out of the dealership with in hours. Rich was a great sales person and we talked a lot about him and his life/family. (He is orig. from Ohio). Chris in the business department also worked hard to get me my deal. Henry was recommended to me by Costco,and they referred to Nardy Honda as a No Hassle dealership.I found this to be a 100% true.I would highly recommend Nardy Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.They were professional, honest, and courteous.The finance Manager Rachelle Raso,was great!Henry and Rachelle were thorough and accurate with the fees.We just love or new Honda CRV EXL. We were VERY impressed with the friendly, personable and professional manner of all the above employees. No pushiness,true to their word and a willingness to work out the best deal were only some of the attributes we experienced. We will pass on the names of Juan, Larry, Chris and Tom (and the Sales Manager too- forgot his name)to anyone interested in a good deal for an excellent vehicle topped with courteous respectful treatment. I came to Nardy Honda to look for a 2009 or 2010 Civic EX. I currently had one month left on a lease with a 2007 Honda Accord with mileage overages. I had done lots of research prior to going to dealerships and knew what I wanted and approximately how much it should cost. A few days before I had the WORST experience with Millennium Honda in Nassau. My experience with Nardy was completely different. I met with Henry and was immediately shown their selection of cars and took a test drive. Dealing with Henry was refreshing; there were no hidden costs (admin fees, mandatory warranties, ect.), pricing was completely transparent, no pressure, no running back and forth to the sales manager. I got a good price on my new civic and in addition, Nardy Honda was able to pay for the last month of my lease with my 2007 Accord and some of the mileage overages; without wrapping in to the overall price of my new 2009 Civic EX. Overall my experience with Nardy Honda was wonderful and seamless. I would definitely go back or recommend to this dealership to others. More

His initial quote had an obvious mistake, but when he corrected it, while it wasn't the lowest price that I received, they had the model and color that I wanted, and the price was fair. I tested their fairness a bit by asking for a very lowcost accessory to be thrown in (< $50), they agreed no problem, so in return I purchased a much higher cost accessory. My dealing with Henry was straightforward and easy. Both in negotiating price, making deal and closing the deal and getting the car. The only thing that gave me pause is the actual payment. Dealing with the business person Rochelle, caused me quite a bit of anxiety. They would not accept a pre-approved loan check, and had some pretty strict acceptances on the check. The process made me quite concerned that there would be a reason why I would want to stop the check (ie..fraud, bait and switch). I was quite worried and almost wanted to bring my mechanic with me to pick up the car. I was relieved to have no problems with the deal or the car when I got there. (whew!) But my dealings with the business person really did get me quite worried. You think it should be easier to pay cash for a car! But as i mentioned, the salesperson and the people at the dealership were really great. More

Just Got EXL w/res for 31695 with destination. I think I did fairly ok considering long island. Got it from Nardy Honda in Smith town. I sent emails to maybe 60 dealers around 200 mile radius. Their are lot of scammers out their who just want you to come in. Anyway got the lowest bid from DCH HONDA in paramus, nj . Nardy honda beat it . Henry from Nardy honda was the only one willing to do everything over the phone. he even sent me official quote before i drove to him. These guys were awesome made a deal over the phone after everything agreed (all over the phone) i put a deposit $100 credit card. went in and 20min later i was done. even the financing guy got me a very good rate . beat credit union and capital one. No surprises didn't try to sell me anything else. everything was just what he promised over the phone and in his faxed quote down to a penny. i wanted sterling with black just like lot of people out their. trust me their aren't that many out their so i just took what they had on their lot nimbus grey with beige interior. i wasn't so set on the black interior anyway. it gets really hot in the summer. i am just amazed by these guys honestly. no they didn't pay me to write a good review nor i work for them. i live in bellmore . their are plenty of honda dealers near me but the don't want to commit to anything over the phone. they all want you to come in and spend hrs. I don't have that kind of time to waste i know what i wanted and the number i was looking for. you can call me or email me for more info. i will be happy to help. btw they were unable to beat accessories price i was getting from bernardi online. which was no big deal. i did get the remote start installed from them that was additional $590 installed. i figured i can do teh running boards my self . just ordered the cargo tray and all weather mats from bernardi they are having a clearance sale. Bought a new Car ( 2009 Honda Accord LX-P ) sales person Tom was excellent not running back & Forth to sales manager to see how much of a discount they could give. gave a fair price on my trade in also.
