I had some personal issues and thought I was unable to get a loan not with Kevin and Chris. They told me that they are known for getting loans approved and boy were they ever right! I would tell anyone in the market for a vehicle to check them out. Make sure you see Kevin and Have Chris handle the Loan part you will not be unhappy. Nardy Honda makes sure that the customer is happy. The big boss (forgot his name at the moment) is almost always around and will to answer anything you might ask. After bad experience in one of the Long Island Honda dealership, my friends recommended me to check Hardy Honda of Smithtown. I sent e-mail on internet and within 5 minutes had response from Mr. Timoth dealership, my friends recommended me to check Hardy Honda of Smithtown. To say the truth I always was hesitant to buy car from the dealers, and the last bad experience almost made me to give up with this way of buying the car. I was absolutely surprised when I came to Hardy Honda in Smithtown. It took me only 1 hour to decide to buy a car there and there are here a few reasons: 1. Mr. Rocklein is not a dealer we are used to know lately. He is very professional, experience in this business person. 2. Have a lot of patience and actually made negotiation very easy and relaxed. 3. He agreed on the price very close to one I was going to pay without bringing in front of me me chain of so called “managers”, how it is usually happens in other dealership. 4.There were no hidden charges like in the other dalership. I actually did not meet the real manager, but by the way everything organized in this entire place I could feel that he or she should be very talented, business person, who keep his business highly organized, clean and comfortable not only for the customers, but employers as well. I never felt co confident that I made right choice.. All the employers in this office are very helpful and polite. I had very good experience in service too with Mr. Mark Bennet, who was very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of things in this dealership impressed me, such as checking the car before you leave it for service, to be sure that car returned to the customer in the same condition, providing the loaner if the service may take long time, very well organized and clean parking lot with a lot of cars, etc. I think that the leadership of Hardy Honda in Smithtown is superb, otherwise how to explain this healthy business climate and good and trusty relationship between dealers and the customers. Went to Nardy to buy a CRV. They closed at 6 PM an Saturday 5 Jun 2010 and it was 6:04 PM. The bald guy with the sports jacket tapped his watch kept walking by and said "Were closed guys." I worked with multiple dealerships and by far Nardy is the place. Quinn is a excellent person to deal with and the only sales person on Long island that was willing to accept my low ball figures( I do alo the place. There was no attempt whatsoever to tack on extra charges for nonsense or extras that I did not want. The transaction was very transparent throughout, and I truly appreciated that. The closing went very smoothly as well, primarily because the vehicle was prepped well, and attention was made to get all documentation in order before I arrived.
