Went to Nardy Honda for my first new car service. Staff was pleasant, service relatively quick. Only problem is that they didn't address a couple of the issues I had. I realize these are pain in the neck i was pleasant, service relatively quick. Only problem is that they didn't address a couple of the issues I had. I realize these are pain in the neck items but nonetheless they could have been addressed better, front end shimmy and lower gas mileage than expected. I got a bit of the usual "we road tested it and found nothing", and "car needs to break in" kind of answers. When I didn't buy it, then I got the "you can call the service manager tomorrow and come back in". Well that's why I made an appointment in the first place. More

We ran into a few roadblocks (due to my own credit situation), and instead of trying to push me to accept a higher monthly payment I couldn't easily afford, found a way to get me where I needed to be. He, like Tim, was a great conversationalist, down-to-earth, and made my cosigner and I feel comfortable with the entire process. The overall experience was great. I love my new 2010 Honda Fit and the first thing I did when I got home was tell my family and friends what a fantastic job the guys at Nardy did. We had been looking for a car for about 6 months, we visited many dealerships, both Honda and others. Each time we walked out unhappy and feeling as if someone was pulling something on us.
