I would give 0 stars if this allowed me to. This dealer sold me a “ new “ car that was in a collision with another vehicle less than a month prior to my purchase. This dealer told me I was approved for my loan and two weeks later turned around and said they needed more information as the loan was not approved. When the damages were brought up to the sales manager syed I was continually blown off telling me they needed the documentation to provide the bank prior to speaking about my concerns of the corroding good on a brand “ new “ vehicle. They did not address these concerns and blew me off after I just spent 40k on a “ new “ vehicle I come to find out was in an accident, which is fraud and misrepresentation. When brought to dealers attention, was told they no longer work / deal w nardy Honda and told me to kick rocks but will investigate to see if Honda new about this collision, which I had already known they did not otherwise would not have been able to sell that vehicle at new car price and the dealer was covering up the prior collision. Now I have a vehicle I have spent 40k on and do not drive because I do not know what type of “ repair” was done and that the vehicle is safe. I do know whatever repair was done was not too Hondas repair procedures because they need to be requested from Honda and they would have not been allowed to sell this vehicle as new. This is the absolute worst dealer around and do not let the new name fool you, it is all the same employees committing fraud , just under a different name. Please don’t let this be you! do not buy a vehicle from here or you will be paying for a new vehicle you are unable to drive due to safety concerns. I have been a customer of Nardy for 12 years and purchased 3 vehicles from them with the intention of buying more. Recently, I called them with an issue regarding my key fob and the “feature” in whi purchased 3 vehicles from them with the intention of buying more. Recently, I called them with an issue regarding my key fob and the “feature” in which a simple sequence of button pushes open all the windows. Unfortunately this feature is unable to be turned off and throughout the course of my day, my windows have opened (including the moon roof) while it was raining. This has happened MULTIPLE times. My vehicle has had puddles of water at the bottom of the car and it’s destroyed many things in my car. Both Honda Corp. and Nardy Honda are completely unwilling to take the car back or pay for the repairs on the vehicle. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. I won’t bring buying a Honda or any other vehicle from Nardy ever again. More

I travel from Manhattan to get my car serviced at Nardy as I find them accommodating and fair….I want to give special thanks to ser in for service. The waiting room and restroom ( at least the women’s ) are always clean….I sure wish it was closer as the traffic on the LIE is horrid… More
Nardy Honda is not being ran by the same management. I will no longer buy another honda from them and most definitely will not use their greedy deceptive service dept. They misrepresented the price I will no longer buy another honda from them and most definitely will not use their greedy deceptive service dept. They misrepresented the price of a service and would not honor the price the service writer admitted to management. Their prices are extremely high for very easy services that require little time to complete. The warranty work completed was not explained properly as to inspection of my vehicles gas tank strap and the subframe work that they added/ completed. The actual work they completed was not completed properly as the recall requires. They should have stabilized the rust issue and after installing a sub frame to the rear of the vehicle apply a protective undercoating to the area and new sub frame. They hit just the visible areas that a regular non mechanical customer would be able to see. Not only did they rip off me with the service, they ripped off honda Corp for the warranty. Management at nardy never responded after complaining verbally and to written correspondence. Nardy needs to improve their customer service and their staff/ managment need to be honest and have integrity. I made a formal complaint with honda Corp but not much recourse there yet in regard to the service however they seem interested in the warranty work. I'm not really please with how honda is handling this complaint as of now. Will keep you posted if they come around to doing the right thing. FYI i was using them since 99 and bought 4 cars. New owner and new service management have no customer service skills. More

During my initial phone conversation, Aldo took the time to answer any and every question I had, unlike the other dealerships. His promise of making my purchase a great experience was an understatement! He went above & beyond. Patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, thorough. This was my first time purchasing a brand new car and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Six out of five stars!! More
