I went in for service on Thursday, November 10th @ 8:00am. My temperature control dial had stopped turning properly and therefore, I had no heat or defrosters working. It was a FREEZING morning. What a warm, pleasant, smiling face to be greeted by! He got me in and out in no time and my temperature control dial was fixed! I couldn't have been happier or more thankful! I got in my car to leave and the heat was BLASTING! :) I had a FANTASTIC experience because of Frank's winning personality! Keep up the good work!!! More
I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for service. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am on a Tuesday. They didn't touch the car for 6 days. I ended up buying my daughter a HR-V from Huntington Honda 2 weeks later-true story. This dealer is closer to my home, but there was no way I would ever give them another dime. I brought my vehicle in for service. I had a 9:30 appointment, dropped it off. I never received a call back from the service department regarding the status of my vehicle. I called the service department multiple times but nobody answered. The service department then closed and kept my SUV. This was on a Saturday and I was told I wouldn’t be able to get my vehicle until Monday, when the service department reopened. I was told by the sales manager that no one could help me. There costumer service is a complete joke. They’ve lost my business. More
