Worn brakes, damaged rotors, and needed an oil change On September 3, 2019 my son and I purchased a 2013 CRV. The car also had an inspection sticker which showed that it was inspected on September 3. Within one month and 12 days the car started to shake. My son called Honda's service department for 2 days on and off and the calls went straight to voice mail and no ever calls back. I then tried calling and the same thing happened to me . My son uses the car to get back and forth to work, he began to get nervous about doing more damage to the car driving it, so he called the neighborhood mechanic to determine the problem. To our dismay, the car was sold with worn brakes, and damaged rotors. Two weeks later the oil change light came on. Nardy Honda charged my son almost 60 dollars change the oil.I continued to call Honda's service dept and the operator, both calls went straight to voice mail. When I called the finance department a gentleman answered and said that he will walk over there and tell them to answer the phone. I presented my case to both managers and they refuse to refund me the 362 dollars my son spent to get it repaired. My question is, was the car ever inspected before being sold? Why are cars being sold from reputable dealerships without being inspected yet an inspection sticker is slapped in the window? What else is damaged? I presented the brakes and rotors to Tim and he clearly saw that they were damaged. He asked me to leave them there but Tim nor Tom (managers) still refuse to refund me for the repairs. After purchasing a used car for 15,000 dollars you would think that the least they would do is give it a proper inspection and new brakes pads. By the way the front brakes are worn also. I am so disappointed with how they dealt with me as a consumer. More

Very dismissive. I came in after shopping all day and getting good prices. They didn’t want to have anything to do with me. They actually said to me that the prices I was quoting were so insane that they getting good prices. They didn’t want to have anything to do with me. They actually said to me that the prices I was quoting were so insane that they won’t even bother giving me a price because they were no where near matching my prices I received. I asked to give me their numbers anyway, and they refused. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A PRICE QUOTE. Ridiculous!!! Oh, and the prices they said were so insane...yeah...I purchased the vehicles for those prices without any complications or hidden fees from Baron Honda. More

Top Notch service since my first visit I went to Nardy to shop for a new vehicle because a friend of mine had told me about his great experience he had with their service department when he I went to Nardy to shop for a new vehicle because a friend of mine had told me about his great experience he had with their service department when he brought in his Honda which he did not purchase from Nardy for a recall. They treated him like he was a long time customer and took care of his issue right away. I was relaxed and never felt pressured when dealing with salesman Joe Schmitt. Everything he told me was right on point, no hidden costs. I do a lot of driving for work so I purchased a Honda Insight Hybrid. I have had the vehicle serviced by their dependable service department a few times now since I purchased my vehicle and I am very satisfied with everyone who has helped me. Shortly after purchasing my Honda I got a screw in the sidewall of my tire. I was quite a distance from Nardy so I called a dealer closer to my location and they told me they couldn’t help me for a few days. I called Nardy and they told me they would be waiting for me. When I arrived they knew my name and situation and took care of the my problem right away. More
