I brought my car in for oil change, tire rotation and inspection and had a terrible experience with Nardy and thought everybody should know. I feel that they must have rushed the job even though I was th inspection and had a terrible experience with Nardy and thought everybody should know. I feel that they must have rushed the job even though I was there at 7:30AM and didn't leave until 9:30ish and here is why. I was told that the tires didn't need rotating after the job was done, strange thing was they took my money and rotated the tires at 8K & 16K but suddenly at 24K they didn't need it??? The worse part was they didn't consult me about it while I sat in the waiting area because I would have had then do it anyway. Next, the car was not inspected at first because I had windows tint and once again they never asked me if I had the NYS exemption, which I have, they just didn't do it. Upon checkout I mentioned this and then had to sit back down and wait some more until it was done. Now, here comes the worst part and why I'm really writing this review. After my oil change the dealer forgot to replace the front screws holding the skid plate underneath and this resulted in a damaged/crumpled skid plate that it looks like i'll have to pay to repair. At first I noticed that I was hearing some scrapping sounds immediately after leaving the dealership but after spending so much time there already I didn't want to waste my whole day and stupidly I didn't go straight back. I didn't think much figuring it was the spoiler but after some normal driving the lowered improperly attached skid plate hit something and basically crumpled causing loud scrapping sound the whole ride home from work causing me a whole lot of distress thinking I had done some major damage to my 1 year old civic. I got some help once home and found some screws on the skid plate but not the front crucial ones that caused this whole problem. I did some research on the internet to find the replacement part and came across many instances of dealers making the same mistake and the customer almost always getting screwed with the bill and figured I would let everyone know what happened to me to save them the headache that I'm now forced to deal with. Bad job Nardy service!!! More
