My experience at Nardy Honda Three years ago I stopped by Nardy Honda to buy a car for my girlfriend at that time the salesman gave us a price I asked if he could do a little bit Three years ago I stopped by Nardy Honda to buy a car for my girlfriend at that time the salesman gave us a price I asked if he could do a little bit better he called the manager out who was extremely rude with no personality at all we ended up leaving .a couple of weeks ago we decided to give Nardy Honda another chance we were greeted by Tom the salesman who I must tell you is an asset to Nardy Honda as for the management there another story . My girlfriend and I were trying to get a price on a car for her and trade her old car in .the trade-in value was extremely low the price of the new car was OK once again we try to haggle with Tom he immediately made five trips back-and-forth to this office with a glass booth where apparently the management just sits there and barks out orders .. Tom looked upset every time he had to go back there I wanted so badly to go back and talk to this guy and was refused it was a scary situation no personality whatsoever except for Tom. This guy in the glass booth never came out not even to say hello so nothing has changed from three years ago .. however I ended up buying the civic R that night only because I couldn’t find it anywhere else as for my girlfriends car we were shopping somewhere else because of the attitudes of all the management there Tom my salesman is a great guy I felt so bad for him I don’t mind at all if you guys are firm on the price ,maybe instead of these people in the back offices that never come out should come out and say hello and explain the situation that didn’t happen here I don’t know if the owner is aware of all of this however if he wants to sit down and talk to me about it I would love to Or maybe he is? More

Great Car shopping experience still exists at Nardy Honda! I just picked up my new HR-V from Nardy Honda and I couldn't be happier! I used their service department a few times with my Accord and I was always I just picked up my new HR-V from Nardy Honda and I couldn't be happier! I used their service department a few times with my Accord and I was always happy with their service, so they were on my short list to visit. First of all – huge shout out to Honda for a beautiful car and really great features for the price. I chose the HR-V EX-L AWD CVT and it really ticked all the boxes for me. Space!!! safety!!! looks!!! technology, fuel economy, comfort, lux, to name a few. I checked 5 dealers (not all of them Honda) prices and inventory and Nardy gave me a good experience from my first phone call. First – whoever answered the phone was patient, answered all my questions, checked inventory, and was very helpful and cordial. 2 other dealers were eliminated after a phone convo. Nardy were my third stop after visiting 2 other dealers. We were greeted by Dale Cha and we immediately felt comfortable. Although he knew this was the third dealership we stopped by at, he still offered a test drive because the others didn't give me a test drive on my choice of trim (EX-L), but rather lower versions. It was a smart move on his part because I discovered new aspects of the car I didn't know about and didn't learn in my previous test drives or in my extensive research prior to the test drive. That helped me make a final decision and pick the HR-V over the other options. He was also extremely knowledgeable and there wasn't a single question that he did not know the answer to. Dale and Alon (the manager) were sooo great, they worked with me and we shook hand on a deal I was happy with. The next couple of days Dale kept his word and found me the exact car I wanted, he kept me informed and not for a second did I feel rushed on pressured. When I went to pick up the car, the great experience continued with test drive of MY car, sit down with the finance dept. who, again, worked with me to my satisfaction, and the "insurance guy". Alon and Dale made sure all the little things were taken care of – not only they brought me the car I wanted from another dealership, they made sure to deliver a clean car, with a full tank of gas.. Dale went thought every little button and feature again, and set up the apple car for me. Everything was explained!! no salesman in all my many years did that. EVER! I really felt like everyone went above and beyond . They didn't just say it, their actions made me feel they truly appreciate my business. Thanks Dale, Alon and the entire Nardy team for a great car buying experience. This hard-to-please old-lady who bought quite a few cars in her lifetime is happy to say that a good experience buying a car still exists at Nardy. More
