The color I wanted was not in stock and within 24 hours they procured the car from a another local dealer, processed my low interest rate loan from Honda Financial, and delivered the car Joe made the extensive paper work routine enjoyable, spent time going over the features and set up the I phone interface. I was able to go in, pick out my car, test drive it, finance it, AND pick it up the same day! Mr. Syed greeted my father & I when we went in & introduced us to his sales staff. My salesman, Joseph Schmidts, was extremely knowledgeable not only in the particular car I was looking at (2017 Accord Hybrid) but every other car my dad asked him about (various Civics and sports models). Joe was organized and professional throughout the process. He explained every little bit of the car's features to me in a way that was understandable & concise. Rachelle in the finance department was so helpful in terms of helping us with the loan in addition to the extended warranty. I'd recommend Nardy to anyone looking into getting a new car. Everyone there seems to be looking out for their customer's best interests instead of just looking to make a sale. My family & I will be returning there in the future for sure. More

I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I moved in the country a few months ago. I can't say enough about Joseph as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Joseph went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. Easy and Honest Experience Last month we leased our 6th Honda, 3rd time from Nardy, and as always it was an easy and stress free process. I wasn't planning on getting a new car, Last month we leased our 6th Honda, 3rd time from Nardy, and as always it was an easy and stress free process. I wasn't planning on getting a new car, i was at the dealer for service on my Pilot and was walking around the showroom to kill time. I had seen the new 2017 CRV on the road and was impressed with the new look of the car, but wasn't sure I wanted to downsize. After looking at the car on the showroom floor, I decided I did really like it, and would love to have a brand new car with more features and new technology. To make a long story short, the salesman I worked with Joey, asked me what I was looking for. I told him I don't NEED a new car but of course i WANTED one. If you could beat or match my payments with little to no money down (I was trading in a car I still had financed payments on) I would definitely be interested. Joey was able to do that without haggling and the exact color combination and model I wanted happened to be on the lot. Two days later I picked up my new CRV. It was the smoothest and quickest car sale I'd even dealt with. Joey was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We are very loyal Honda customers and have always had nothing but positive experiences working with Nardy for both sales and service.
